Redcliff Quarter
Located in Bristol’s central Redcliff district, this residential development is part of the second and final phase of the Redcliff Quarter masterplan. Just a nine-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, the scheme forms part of a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood designed to offer contemporary urban living within one of the city’s most connected areas.
The interiors were designed by TEN London, a studio specialising in Build to Rent developments. Known for bridging the worlds of residential and hospitality design, TEN creates thoughtfully curated environments that combine comfort, functionality, and a strong sense of identity for modern urban living.
Within the shared interiors, the Goa Lounge Chair brings a sense of warmth and timeless design. Part of the Goa Collection, designed by Francesc Rifé Studio, the piece reflects the studio’s philosophy of creating furniture that bridges industrial and interior design. Inspired by the serene landscapes and atmosphere of Goa, the collection features clean lines and balanced proportions, resulting in a design that feels both modern and inviting.
Composed of a dining chair, armchair, lounge chair, and bar stool, the Goa collection offers a cohesive and versatile design language suited to contemporary residential environments.
