Aitor Garcia de Vicuña
Aitor García de Vicuña (Vitoria, 1970) had to hear at some time in his life “you won´t succeed”. Obviously this wasn’t the case as he has been able to make a name for himself when it comes to office design furniture in Spain.
Industrial designer, outgoing, perfectionist, aware of the environment’s importance and the notion that the future must be worked hard, García de Vicuña founded his own design studio (AGV Estudio) in 2003, after having worked in several technical offices and engineering studios.
For SENTTA he designed the Clyde, Carson and Lynn collections, all with a remarkable contemporary design inspired by the purity and rawness of wood, one of Aitor’s biggest passions.
Ana Coelho
With a degree in Product Design from ESAD Matosinhos and a postgraduate degree in Furniture Design, Ana Coelho took the opposite route to most professionals in the field. Born into a family of artisans in the municipality of Paços de Ferreira, capital of furniture, Ana worked 15 years in the industry until consolidating her practical and theoretical knowledge at an academic level.
With a renewed vision of the concept of art, Ana Coelho creates the D`AC brand to sign her signature pieces. The designer, whose premise is functional and sustainable design, seeks that all her pieces provoke a sensation in the user when narrating their story. This story will vary depending on the perception of each one.
Ana is a person with an eclectic taste that, naturally, is reflected in her designs, which can be more or less exuberant, but certainly adding value to every ambiance in which they are placed.
For SENTTA, the designer projected several collections, such as LOU and ALMA, in which she seeks to combine modern and art nouveau styles through the use of noble materials and finishes.

André Teoman
André Teoman, born in Viana do Castelo, Portugal in 1989, was raised between Viana do Castelo and Istanbul. Teoman, took design classes in Viana do Castelo. His experience in the world of puppetry and theater also had an effect on his love for the fantasy world.
In 2012, he left his hometown and went to Porto, to start working with several luxury design furniture brands such as Boca do Lobo and Koket, where he developed pieces like the Newton Dining Table, Piccadilly Cabinet or the Hypnotic Chandelier, considered trends from many trendsetters. He also won the Young Design International 2014 Award by the Light + Building Messe Frankfurt Fair. By the end of 2014 he left to start a new adventure…. his own studio that started in the beginning of 2015.
Making a difference in his hometown traditional craftsmanship is now as important as to make meaningful projects. Preserve such craftsmanship is a mission as traditional manufacture techniques are being forgotten around the world.
Teoman doesn’t believe in the unity of the “true, the good and the beautiful”, that aesthetically valuable and quality-conscious design will make us better people, as Bauhaus or the Werkbund once proclaimed. He creates his own world with wicked things and to turn them into a symbolization of distinctive taste and humor. Looking at emotion as one of his priorities, the pieces have this strong emotional bond with the concept that make the user look twice and think about it.
His recent work has already begun to be noticed and awarded. The international press has featured it and with an Adesignaward won in 2015, the studio has started with the right foot. The invitation to be part of the Portuguese Design Bienale with the Kaleidoscope table was another important milestone of 2015 that was followed by the Welcome to the Club exhibition in the beginning of 2016 in the ShowMe Art & Design Gallery.

Javier Gomez
Born in Panama City, Javier Gomez moved to New York City in 2005 and pursued what is now a successful career in photography and art. Being creative and implementing his ideas into works of art has always been a big part of Gomez life.
“I am a very visual person and since an early age traveling with my parents, then as a flight attendant and living in other countries, I had the passion for capturing those interesting subjects and moments of each trip through pictures. For me, it was about documenting everything. After moving to the most creative city in the world I was able to translate that passion into a profession”.
Javier Gomez says that as a photographer it is all about “creating and bringing emotions out of the observer. Most of the inspiration comes from nature which is perfect on its own. I try to go out and experience it on a weekly basis; Also from books that I have read, from traveling and just by walking in the city. It can just pop like that and you have a new book idea or a theme to work on”.
Gomez has just released his latest photography book “Dimensions” which was inspired in duality through metaphysics and sacred geometry utilizing both photography and symbols to expand a message of connectedness and unity of individuals with nature and others.
Artwork from this collection recently went on display at a charity event that he held, benefiting RBRW and Strengthen Our Sisters.
The ESSEX collection for SENTTA was designed to fit that cosmopolitan life, where fine materials, elegant forms and unique details are normally used. The result is an incredible furniture collection that can enhance any interior design project in the world.
Mauro Lourenço
Mauro, a young product designer with a penchant for minimalist aesthetics and functional design, had always harbored a dream of making a significant impact in the world. While studying at the Lisbon School of Design, he poured his heart and soul into his final project: the Edge Lounge. A sleek, modern lounge chair with an unique design, the Edge Lounge was a departure from the traditional furniture that dominated the market.
Mauro’s inspiration for the Edge Lounge came from the intricate and elegant folds of origami. The origami shapes, with their sharp angles and smooth curves, provided the perfect metaphor for his design. The chair’s base was a sturdy, angular structure that seemed to defy gravity, while the seat and backrest were composed of smooth, flowing curves that offered unparalleled comfort.
With the Edge Lounge complete, Mauro entered the Fenabel Design Challenge, a prestigious competition for emerging designers. To his astonishment, he won first place. The recognition and exposure he gained from the competition were invaluable, and soon, he found himself in talks with Sentta, a renowned premium furniture brand.
Impressed by Mauro’s talent and the innovative design of the Edge Lounge, Sentta offered him the possibility to improve the design and be a part of their collection. With the support of the brand’s resources and expertise, Mauro was able to refine and perfect his creation. The Edge Lounge was launched to great acclaim, and it quickly became a coveted piece of furniture for discerning customers around the world.
Mauro’s journey from a student with a dream to a successful designer had come full circle. The Edge Lounge, a testament to his creativity and passion, had not only won him a prestigious award but had also helped to redefine the boundaries of modern furniture design.
