Azura Private Yacht in the Mediterranean
A Floating Interior Between Horizon, Conversation and Escape
There is a particular kind of silence that exists only at sea.
Azura is a conceptual private yacht in the Mediterranean imagined by Sentta, where luxury yacht furniture shapes a floating interior around panoramic views, relaxed conversation and the constantly changing horizon.
During the day, sunlight travels across pale upholstery and warm materials while the sea becomes an ever-moving backdrop.
By evening, those same spaces transform into intimate salons for drinks, conversation and the unhurried rituals of life on board.
Here, furniture cannot simply occupy a room.
It must understand movement, proportion and the unusual relationship between interior and landscape that defines yacht design.
The Hook Collection, designed by Santiago Sevillano for Sentta, becomes the foundation of Azura’s principal lounge.
Two Hook Sofas anchor the seating arrangement, establishing a generous social centre without interrupting the relationship with the water. Their streamlined forms give the space structure while preserving the visual calm expected from contemporary yacht interiors.
Around them, the Hook Armchairs and Lynn Coffee Table extend the conversation.
Their sculptural profiles allow the pieces to be appreciated from different perspectives—an especially important quality aboard a yacht, where furniture is rarely experienced from only one fixed viewpoint.
The Hook Lounge Chair creates a more individual moment within the same composition.
In the morning, it turns naturally towards the horizon for coffee or reading. Later, it becomes part of the larger social arrangement as guests gather around the lounge.
Together, the pieces form a carefully balanced seating island: close enough for conversation, open enough to preserve movement and views.
The flowing lines of Hook feel particularly natural in this environment.
There are subtle echoes of nautical geometry in the collection’s precision, but nothing becomes thematic. Instead, Hook brings contemporary European furniture design into an interior where every line and proportion matters.
That restraint is essential to luxury yacht furniture.
Space at sea has value. Furniture therefore needs to contribute without overwhelming, creating comfort and character while allowing architecture, light and horizon to remain part of the experience.
Azura explores this relationship between furniture and movement, but its atmosphere extends naturally beyond the yacht itself.
The same language belongs in coastal residences, Mediterranean resorts and sophisticated hospitality interiors where views are not simply outside the architecture but fundamental to it.
Perhaps that is why life at sea changes our understanding of luxury.
Objects become fewer. Views become larger. Time seems to move differently.
A sofa becomes the place where everyone gathers after swimming. An armchair becomes a lookout towards the coastline. A lounge chair becomes somewhere to watch the light disappear behind the horizon.
True luxury at sea is not about filling every available space.
It is having exactly enough around you—and an uninterrupted horizon beyond it.
Mediterranean light. Sculptural comfort. Luxury yacht furniture designed for the moments between destination and departure.
