In the current landscape of high-end design, a profound shift is taking place. The once-rigid boundaries between luxury hospitality and private residential spaces have blurred into a single, cohesive philosophy. Today, the most prestigious hotels strive to offer a “home-away-from-home” atmosphere, while residential projects increasingly seek the elevated, service-driven aesthetics of a five-star lounge.
For Sentta, this evolution is at the core of our 2026 vision. As we prepare for Salone del Mobile 2026, we recognize that the professional client is no longer just looking for furniture—they are looking for a versatile design language that bridges these two worlds seamlessly.

The Rise of the “Home-Hotel” Concept
Modern travelers and homeowners alike are seeking emotional resonance in their environments. In hospitality, this translates to a move away from standardized, “corporate” interiors toward curated, tactile spaces that feel personal and intimate.
Conversely, in luxury residential design, there is a growing demand for pieces that provide the durability and impact of contract-grade furniture without sacrificing the softness and warmth of a home. This intersection is where Sentta excels, providing high-performance craftsmanship that speaks the language of domestic comfort.
Salone Contract: An Integrated Ecosystem
The importance of this shift is mirrored in the fair’s newest official initiative: Salone Contract. Developed by Salone del Mobile in collaboration with OMA (led by Rem Koolhaas and David Gianotten), this platform treats the contract sector not as a product category, but as an integrated ecosystem of design, delivery, and experience.
This direction confirms what Sentta has long advocated: hospitality design is now about storytelling. From the “Aurea” architectural fiction in Pavilions 13–15 to the forums dedicated to large-scale projects, the industry is rewarding brands that prioritize substance, narrative, and adaptability.

Sentta’s Versatility: From Lounge to Living Room
Our presence at Pavilion 18 — Stand C20 is designed to demonstrate this fluidity. Sentta’s collections are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of hospitality environments while maintaining a refined, “Quiet Luxury” aesthetic.
- The Auro Collection: With its immersive form and balanced proportions, Auro is as comfortable in a boutique hotel lobby as it is in a contemporary private lounge.
- The Cintura Chair: A poetic piece that brings a sense of historical craftsmanship to contract projects, offering an elegant solution for high-end “fine dining” experiences.

Each of our pieces is a response to the evolving needs of the global market—where Portuguese craftsmanship meets the technical requirements of the world’s most ambitious architectural projects.
Partnering with the Professional Community
At Sentta, we understand that for architects and specifiers, the value lies in the details—the scale of a project, the durability of a material, and the coherence of a vision. Our 2026 presentation is not just about showing new products; it is about positioning Sentta as a strategic partner for those shaping the future of contemporary living and hospitality.
We invite the professional design community to join us in Milan to explore this new chapter.
